Man seriously injured in Cork crash this morning

He has been taken to hospital by emergency services.

A MAN HAS been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Cork this morning.

The accident involving a truck and a car happened on the main N22 Ballyvourney road at around 8am this morning.

The driver of the car was taken to Cork University Hospital with serious injuries.

Gardaí say that investigations are ongoing.

The road remains closed.
