Man hospitalised after shooting in north Dublin

A man in his late 20s was shot in Kinsealy last night.

GARDAÍ IN COOLOCK, Dublin, are investigating the circumstances of a shooting incident in which a man was hospitalised last night.

The incident occurred at Russell Terrace, Kettles Lane, Kinsealy, at approximately 11 pm. A man in his late 20s was injured and taken by Ambulance to Beaumont Hospital.

His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

The scene is preserved pending a forensic and technical examination which is expected to be carried out this morning.

Investigating Gardai are appealing for witnesses.
