Footage of a man being dragged off a flight in the US has shocked many people.

FOOTAGE OF A man being dragged off a United Airlines plane in Chicago has sparked a lot of conversation online.

Images from the incident showed the man had a bloodied nose, as shocked onlookers watched him be forcibly removed from the plane.

The airline said it had asked for volunteers to give up their seats on the flight due to overbooking, and police were called after one passenger refused to leave the plane.

The security officer involved in the incident has been suspended from duty pending an investigation.

We want to know: Would you intervene if someone was being physically hurt in public?
