Man (21) released over heroin seizure in Dublin

Gardaí said the 21-year-old was released from Clondalkin garda station this evening.

A 21-YEAR-OLD MAN arrested over a seizure of heroin in Dublin yesterday has been released without charge.

Gardaí confirmed that the man was released from Clondalkin garda station this evening. A file is to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The man was arrested after gardaí carried out a search of a house in Kiltalown View in Tallaght on Saturday evening and seized heroin worth an estimated €112,500.

The man was arrested at the scene.

Investigation into the seizure is ongoing.
