Man shoots at empty car in north Dublin housing estate

The shooting incident took place in Primrose Grove in Darndale just after 11pm last night.

GARDAÍ ARE INVESTIGATING an incident in which a man shot at an empty car parked in a driveway in a housing estate in Darndale, north Dublin last night.

The incident happened at around 11.15pm when the man, dressed in dark clothing, walked up a driveway of a house in Primrose Grove and shot into the parked car before fleeing the scene.

The man is said to have run in the direction of Darndale Park.

There were no injuries in the incident and there have been no arrests at this stage.

Gardaí say they are investigating.
