Man to be charged in court in relation to Wexford alleged hit-and-run

A MAN IS appearing in Gorey District Court this morning in relation to a  fatal accident in which a female pedestrian was killed last year.

Art student Kelly Gregan, 20, died after she and a friend were hit by a car as they left a nightclub in Gorey, Co Wexford in the early hours of October 24 last. Her friend Gillian Fitzgerald was also injured in the accident but was treated in Wexford General Hospital and later released.

The car which hit the two young women failed to stop after the accident.
