Search stood down after body found in search for missing woman

A SEARCH FOR a woman missing from Co Laois has been stood down following the discovery of a body. 

In a statement on the morning of 1 May, gardaí confirmed that following the discovery of a woman’s body the previous day in Tallaght, Dublin, the search had been stood down. 

They thanked the public and the media for their assistance in the matter.
