10-year-old girl found 'safe and well' by gardaí following public appeal

GARDAÍ HAVE THANKED the public for their help in finding a 10-year-old girl who went missing in Dublin yesterday.  

A public appeal was issued to help locate Maria Thorgaard Sonne who was reported missing by family members to gardaí.

In a statement this morning, gardaí confirmed that Maria had been found. 

“Maria has been found safe and well. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. No further media action is required.”
