A FORMER STAR of the tv show Glee has reportedly been arrested in California in connection with the possession of child pornography.

33-year-old Mark Salling, who portrayed Noah ‘Puck’ Puckerman on the hit show, was arrested today by the Los Angeles Police Department’s (LAPD) Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force according to a report from TMZ.

The news was initially broken by TV show Crime Watch Daily who reported that a search warrant was served this morning at an address at Sunland, California.

The star is now reportedly in police custody.

“He was taken into custody this morning for possession of child porn,” Officer Aaron Jefferson of the LAPD told People Magazine.

Salling appeared on Glee between 2009 and 2015. Today’s arrest is not his first run-in with the law this year.

In March 2015 he paid ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela more than $2.7 million (€2.5 million) in a legal settlement after she confronted him over an alleged sexual assault in 2013.
