Maude the three-limbed lemur has died, and people are very upset about it

RIP.

MAUDE LIVED AT Fota Wildlife Park, where she gathered a lot of fans over the years.

The three-limbed lemur lived to the ripe old age of 22, not letting her missing arm get in the way of things at the Cork-based wildlife park.

But yesterday, Fota staff broke the news that Maude passed away after being diagnosed with inoperable tumours on her kidneys.

“She will be missed,” they said.

Indeed she will, if the reaction to her passing is anything to go by.
