Body of missing Mayo man found

Jason McNulty had travelled up to Galway with a group of friends.

THE BODY OF missing student Jason McNulty has been found in Galway.

Jason had been staying with a group of friends in the Connacht Hotel in the city.

The 25-year-old, from the Castlebar area of Mayo, was last seen on CCTV outside the hotel at 6am.

An extensive social media campaign was launched after he disappeared.

Jason’s sister Leonie confirmed the news on Facebook today, saying his family are “devastated”. She thanked all who helped in searching for her brother.
