Man set for court over murder of Dubliner whose body was found in Meath field

The body of Paul Gallagher, a Dubliner in his late 20s, was found in 2014.

A 29-YEAR-OLD MAN is set to appear in court today in connection with the murder of a Dublin man three years ago.

The body of Paul Gallagher, a Dubliner in his late 20s, was found with gunshot wounds in a field in Ballymacan in Meath in July 2014.

He was originally from Donaghmede.

The man was taken to Navan Garda Station and is expected to appear before a sitting of Meath District Court in Trim this morning where he will be charged in connection with the investigation.
