Price Comparison: What can I buy in Co Meath for under €550k?

Four detached homes dotted across the entire county.

MEATH WILL ALWAYS be a top pick when it comes to choosing between commuter counties. And it’s not just its proximity to Dublin city that makes it appealing. Affordability and larger homes with lots of privacy are just a few more reasons why the county is popular with house hunters.

This week, we’ve found four spacious homes in Meath that are all under the €550,000 mark – all detached from Robinstown to Gormanstown, here’s what’s on offer.

Five-bed, detached, Robinstown – €550,000

7 Hollybrook is a five-bed home that’s 171 m² in size but has a garage that could be converted as too could be the insulated and wired steel shed. The rooms comprise a downstairs bedroom with en suite bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. The main social rooms are all separate and consist of a kitchen, sunroom, a large sitting room and a dining room. On the first floor are four large double bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms. There’s parking do for up to six cars and a large back garden.

Robinstown is 7km equidistant from the busy towns of Trim and Navan with easy access to the M3 Motorway via Bective. Robinstown Primary School is in the centre of the village which is sure to appeal to any young families. The location is a great blend of rural and urban life without the hassle of being miles away from everything.
