Body of missing woman Michelle Walker found

The 41-year-old Dublin woman hasn’t been seen since Friday.

THE BODY OF missing Dublin woman Michelle Walker has been found.

In a statement this afternoon, gardaí said the 41-year-old was “located deceased”.

Earlier today gardaí renewed their appeal for the public’s help to trace Michelle. They thanked the public and media for their assistance.

Michelle had been missing from her home in Raheny since last Friday.

Her family were “very concerned” for her safety and that the disappearance is out of character. She suffered from depression and had been “low” recently.

Her sister, Julie Ann, told TheJournal.ie that she received a text message from Michelle on Friday evening to discuss shopping plans. They also had intended to have meal together at their other sister’s home on Saturday evening but she was not contactable all that day.
