Search for missing Cavan teen stood down as she is found safe and well

A Garda notice seeking help tracing the teen was issued on Saturday.

A MISSING PERSONS appeal seeking help tracing a 17-year-old girl missing from Cavan has been stood down after she was found safe and well.

A Garda notice seeking help tracing the teen was issued on Saturday. 

In an update on Sunday evening a Garda spokesperson confirmed she had been found safe and well. 

“Gardaí would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.”
