Gardaí reissue appeal for missing 37-year-old Tipp man David Wakefield

He was last seen on Saturday morning.

GARDAÍ ARE SEEKING the public’s help in tracing 37-year-old David Wakefield.

He has been missing from his home at Mill Farm, Lorrha, Co Tipperary since 8am Saturday 20 December.

David was last leaving the family home at Lorrha in his red Peugeot 407, registration number 02 D 741. There have being no further sightings, gardaí said.

David is described as:

  • About 5’6″ tall
  • With brown hair
  • Has a beard
  • Has blue eyes.

When last seen he was wearing:

  • A blue jumper
  • Blue denim jeans
  • Blue fleece coat
  • Combat boots
  • A blue hat.

Gardaí and David’s family are concerned for his safety and are appealing for anyone with information to contact them at Nenagh Garda Station on 067 50450, the Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

UPDATE: 9am — 26 December, 2014. David has been found safe and well, according to Gardaí.
