Body of 20-year-old missing man John Ryan discovered by gardaí

John Ryan has not been seen in three days.

GARDAÍ IN MEATH believe they have discovered the body of missing 20-year-old man John Ryan.

The body of man wearing a navy jacket, beige jeans, and navy shoes was discovered by Drogheda River Rescue at 3.40pm yesterday during a search of the Boyne River.

While the body has not been positively identified the gardaí in Drogheda are satisfied that it is the body of missing person John Ryan.

John Ryan was last seen at his home in Mornington on 19 August.
