PSNI issue appeal for missing 'vulnerable' man

Brendan McDermott was last seen by his friends and family on 1 December.

THE PSNI HAVE issued an appeal for information about a man that has been missing since 1 December.

Brendan McDermott is 45-years-old and is from the Belfast area. He has not been seen by his family and friends early December but it’s believed he was seen in the area of his home at around 6am yesterday morning.

Brendan is described as being vulnerable and is 5’10″ tall, of medium build, with short, receding brown hair and an unshaven complexion. He has green eyes and a nose stud and a red butterfly tattoo on his neck.

When last seen he was wearing a brown jacket, a woolen polo neck jumber, dark boots and he was carrying a small rucksack and a notepad.

Anyone with any information should Police should contact police at Musgrave Street Police Station on 0845 600 8000.
