Gardaí renew appeal for help finding man missing since last year

54-year-old William Mulvihill has been missing from the Tralee area since 21 August last year.

GARDAÍ HAVE RENEWED their appeal for information in the case of a man missing almost a year.

54-year-old William Mulvihill has been missing from the Tralee area since 21 August last year.

William, a native of Ballybunion, was last seen in the Tralee bypass area on the night of 21 August 2016. He was spotted near a roundabout at Kielduff, Tralee.

Tralee was extremely busy on the evening of Sunday 21 August, 2016 and there were a lot of extra visitors to the town attending the Rose of Tralee Festival.

William is described as being 5’ 3” in height, of medium build with green eyes.

He has red receding hair and a thick moustache. When last seen William was wearing a tweed suit jacket, checkered shirt and blue jeans.

William’s family and gardaí are concerned for his welfare and anyone with information is asked to contact Listowel garda station on 068 21000, the Garda Confidential Line, 1800 666111 or any garda station.
