Man dead after motorbike crash

Police are asking for anyone with any information about the incident to come forward.

A MAN HAS died after a road traffic collision in Belfast.

The incident happened at some time between 4.30am and 5am this morning.

The man killed was aged in his twenties and riding a motorcycle.

The incident happened in the Fife Street area in the north of the city.

The PSNI is appealing for anyone who might have seen a motorcycle in the area at that time to contact them at the Tennent Street Police Station or at the Collision Investigation Unit which is situated in the Antrim Police Station.

This can be done through ringing the non-emergency number of 101.

York Road in the city is closed between Skegoneill Avenue and Alexandra Park Avenue junctions.
