Two men killed in separate crashes in Donegal and Cork

A 19-year-old car passenger and 41-year-old motorcyclist lost their lives in the collisions.

TWO MEN HAVE been killed in separate road collisions in Donegal and Cork.

In the early hours of this morning, a 19-year-old man was fatally injured when the car he was travelling in left the road at Tooban, Co Donegal.

The male driver and female passenger, also aged 19, were both taken to Letterkenny General Hospital. The woman is in serious condition.

Cork

In a separate incident in Ballinrush, Co Cork yesterday afternoon, a 41-year-old man was killed when his motorcycle collided with a car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The occupants in the car were uninjured.

Diversions are in place at both locations and gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
