Would YOU vote for this political grouping?

The Independent TDs have been in discussions for “some time”.

THREE INDEPENDENT TDS are set to launch a new “political venture”.

Catherine Murphy, Róisín Shortall and Stephen Donnelly have announced the move today and said that they have been in discussion with each other for “some time”.

The grouping is set to hold an event on Wednesday to outline further details of what they are planning.

In a joint statement today, they have said:

We are excited to be working together to offer a new credible political choice to the Irish electorate.

This new grouping follows the establishment of the Renua Ireland party by Lucinda Creighton earlier this year and speculation of an independent grouping being put together by Dublin South TD Shane Ross.

So what do you think – does the new political grouping sound like something you could get behind?
