THOSE WERE THE days, eh?

MEP Nessa Childers declared this morning that she is leaving the Labour parliamentary party, taking a strong swipe at Cabinet ministers on her way to the door.

Our pals at Photocall Ireland were quick off the mark to resurrect evidence that it wasn’t always this way between Nessa and her party leader Eamon Gilmore.

We’re not crying, there’s something in our eye… *sniff*
