New three and four-bedroom Dublin homes among acres of green space

And very handy for the airport.

PHASE THREE OF the Hollywoodrath development in northwest Dublin is launching this spring, with three and four-bedroom family homes available.

The development is located by Hollystown golf club, with excellent road access to the city, Dublin Airport and Blanchardstown.

It is notable for its extensive use of green space, including a proposal for a five-acre parkland.

The homes themselves are A-rated – some with solar panels – and arrive with fully fitted kitchens and private parking.

The four-bed houses also offer walk-in wardrobes. All the buildings are either detached or semi-detached.

Developers Regency say they are using “the very latest in leading edge sustainable and renewable technology to deliver A rated family homes which will be extremely efficient to heat and run”.

Hollywoodrath is for sale with Knight Frank via Daft.ie.
