New casino to create 50 jobs in Dublin

The Penthouse Casino and Card Club is due to open this month.

A NEW CASINO in north Dublin is to create 50 new jobs in Swords.

The casino and private members club is set to open on 18 May in Airside South Quarter, Swords.

The company behind the Penthouse Casino and Card Club is KaiRo International, a gaming and entertainment company involved in running casinos in Tanzania, Malawi and Ghana, as well as an online sports betting business.

KaiRo says that 50 employees will be hired for the Swords operation initially, and a further 20 jobs will be added within six months.

Job applicants for positions at the casino must be over 21 years of age; more information can be found by emailing jobs-penthouse@kairointernational.com.

Commenting on the opening Development Director, John Loudon  of KaiRo International

‘We are delighted to be opening a casino in Ireland,” KaiRo’s development director John Joudon said in a statement. “The casino is built to very high standards and will certainly be setting the standard for future operations in Ireland, both technically and from a well-trained locally sourced workforce.”
