THERE’S A GUY going around Norway dressed as a penis, shooting glitter at people.
Seriously.
But it’s all for a very good reason – encouraging safe sex.
The 19-year-old, Philip van Eck, told Tonsberg Blad that he has been hired by sexual health charity RFSU to perform the role.
The aim of the campaign is to let people know that – like the penis – chlamydia can surprise you, so use a condom.

Pamphlets get thrown in the bin, doing something outrageous grabs a lot more attention and gets people talking, in fact here we are talking about it and we aren’t even from Norway were the campaign is taking place.
I hope he is charged with sexual assault.
