Kendrick Lamar and Janelle Monáe helped him out.

PRESIDENT OBAMA BROKE into song at the White House’s Fourth of July party yesterday.

Joining Kendrick Lamar and Janelle Monáe on stage, Obama ended his speech by saying: “Just because it’s the job of a father to embarrass his daughters, I’ve got one last job.”

He then told the crowd it was his eldest daughter Malia’s birthday, before starting to sing to her.

The slightly hoarse but rather sweet singing starts about four minutes in.
