What can I expect during the programme?
An external Lean consultant will act as your mentor, introducing you to Lean principles and helping you to select a specific cost reduction project to work on over a multi-week period. Once you’ve identified this project, a diagnosis of current practice and performance, and a set of key performance indicators, will be established. 

What skills will I learn?
On successful completion of the Lean for Business programme, participants will have the knowledge and skills to enable them to undertake small lean projects, resulting in improvements in productivity and profitability.

Lean for Business is ideal for owner/managers and key staff members of small businesses with up to ten employees.
