What you’ll need
For the sandwich
12 Coopers Breaded Chicken Goujons
8 slices white bread, crusts removed
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced

What to do
1. Heat oven to 180C. Arrange the goujons on a large baking tray. Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden. Remove and allow to cool.
2. Remove the crusts of the bread, arrange the 8 slices on a board and spread the mayonnaise onto one side of each slice. Spread the sweet chill on top of the mayonnaise on four slices.
3. Slice the chicken and arrange on the sweet chilli, top with the iceberg and the other slice of bread.
4. Arrange the sandwich and other ingredients into lunchboxes.
