The new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid reviewed: Ireland's favourite gets even better
A major upgrade with plenty of creature comforts.
Here, we are reviewing one of Ireland’s most popular SUVs. It’s the Hyundai Tucson and it has come back in 2021 with some major upgrades.
From the exterior, the biggest change is on the front with the new grill and lighting setup, along the sides there are a number of very sleek lines and creases. The rear resembles a Mustang in many ways, but also the Kia Sorento, this is most likely as it has a very similar light setup.
On the interior, it’s full of storage and practicality with multiple drink holders, places to stow away snacks and a large glove box. There are a number of USB charging points located around the car too.
The new and improved infotainment system is very good too, Apple Car Play and Android Auto work very well, although they still need to be plugged in unlike the Volkswagen Tiguan which we very recently reviewed.
Boot space is brilliant with plenty of creature comforts including a 12V socket and storage underneath the boot floor.
Overall we really enjoyed the Tucson and we have no doubt it will sell very well in Ireland.
