To showcase how Offers by Daft works, we looked at the recent sale of a two-bedroom apartment in Ashtown, Dublin. Colm Devoy in Brennan Properties was the agent involved in the sale, which saw it attract massive interest on Daft.ie 

I think there were viewings over three days, there were probably about 30/35 people who had looked at the property over the three days. I’d say probably more than half of them made an offer.” 

Speaking of the property, Colm said, “It was a two-bed top floor apartment, some people call it a penthouse, some people just call it a top floor.
