INTERNET INSTALLED, Google Chromecast set up, smart thermostat, smart doorbell and smart alarm ready to go… Homes at The Old Forge Road in Wexford bring new meaning to the term ‘turnkey solution’.

This new development from Wexford Low Energy Homes launches in 2021, with a range of three-bedroom homes available. Not only do homes come with operational broadband from day one, plus kitchen units and wardrobes pre-installed, but buyers can choose from a range of smart home packages to add to their purchase price.

Features like the Google Nest video doorbell and smartphone-controlled thermostat, Philips Hue wireless lighting, and a secure smart alarm can all be set up before you move in – and you’ll be fully trained up on how to use each device too.

As the Wexford Low Energy name suggests, homes at The Old Forge Road are near-zero energy buildings, with photovoltaic panels and air-to-water heating.

Each property includes off-street parking and enclosed rear gardens outside. Downstairs are the bright and spacious living room, kitchen, utility room and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom and en suite bathroom, plus a double bedroom, single bedroom and main bathroom.
