Poll: Are you going 'on the dry' this January?

Had enough of the Christmas festivities? Are you giving up the booze this month?

AFTER A BOOZE-FUELLED Christmas, giving up alcohol for a month seems like the smart option.

Whether it is to save a bit of cash before the next payday or simply to give your liver a break after the Christmas festivities, it’s becoming an ever more popular idea.

This year the Irish Heart Foundation is asking people to do it for a good cause, but we want to know if it’s something you have planned for this January.

Poll: Are you going on the dry this January?
