LAST WEEK WE learnt that 10 per cent of Irish drivers still don’t buckle up their seatbelts.

It seems like such a fundamental of driving, yet some of us out there on the roads aren’t doing it. In fact, it seems that a lot of people could use some friendly advice on the basics.
