Poll: Are outdoor music festivals worth the effort?

Is sleeping in a tent and using a portable toilet actually worth it?

TODAY SEES THE Electric Picnic get underway with around 50,000 individuals expected to head down to Stradbally for the event.

Festival goers will be able to enjoy performances from some of the biggest musical acts in the world.

However, the majority (not counting those availing ’boutique camping’ facilities) of will be spending three nights sleeping in a camp site with limited shower facilities and portable toilets.

We want to know what you think, are outdoor music festivals worth the effort?
