Pakistan declares national day of mourning

The country remembers the 152 victims of Wednesday’s plane crash.

A DAY OF mourning has been declared in Pakistan following Wednesday’s fatal plane crash in the Margalla Hills, near the capital of Islamabad.

The Federal Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, declared the one day of mourning for the victims of the crash.

There were no survivors after the Airbus A321, which was carrying 152 people, crashed during stormy weather.
