Pakistan raid kills 45

A MILITARY AIR STRIKE has killed at least 45 people in the Khyber district of Pakistan, which borders Afghanistan. Pakistani jets and helicopters targeted an area in which officials say suicide attacks are being planned. At least 12 of those killed in the attack were declared to be civilians, according to a local government official.
