The broadcaster is co-hosting a current affairs programme with Colette Fitzpatrick on TV3.

PAT KENNY RETURNED to the airwaves last night with a new current affairs show on TV3.

Pat Kenny Tonight will have a weekly 9.30pm slot on Wednesdays. The broadcaster co-hosts the programme with Colette Fitzpatrick.

Last night, the show looked at next week’s Budget.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are already occupied by Claire Byrne Live and two Prime Time programmes respectively on RTÉ, Kenny’s former workplace.
