Pedestrian killed in Co Kildare crash

GARDAÍ IN CO KILDARE are investigating the death of a pedestrian who was struck by a car this morning at Kileighter Cross. The man, whose age has not been released, was fatally injured when he was hit by the vehicle just before 7am today. The N4 between Enfield and Kilcock is closed for a forensic examination of the scene.
