PIC: How does Ireland look from space today?

HEAVY RAINFALL spreading from the south of the country to the east coast could cause localised flooding in Munster and Leinster, Met Éireann has warned.

This morning we posted this satellite image from Sat24.com of cloud cover over Ireland, noting that at least part of the country appeared to be cloud-free.

That’s not the case in the latest pic – it would be hard to spot the country at all without the help of that digital outline:
