Police investigating petrol bomb attack on Belfast house

Three petrol bombs were thrown at a house in Newtownabbey in the early hours of this morning.

POLICE IN BELFAST are investigating a petrol bomb attack at a house in Belfast that occurred this morning.

Three petrol bombs were thrown at the house at Derrycoole Way, Newtownabbey, at approximately 3.40 am.

No damage was caused to the house but a car parked at the property received scorch marks.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at Newtownabbey on 0845 600 8000. Information can also be passed anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
