With the Bank Guarantee set to end next month, is Ireland’s economy finally stabilising?

WITH NEWS THAT Ireland’s Bank Guarantee is to end next month, the year to date has seen a number of major developments in relation to Ireland’s debt situation.

February has also seen a deal reached on the promissory notes, the liquidation of IBRC, and the sale of Irish Life for €1.3 billion.

The month before saw the Irish government raise €2.5 billion in a short-notice bond auction, the biggest since the bailout.

So today we ask: In light of recent events, do you feel more positive about Ireland’s economic situation?
