Poll: Is 'study now, pay later' a good idea for third level fees?

The option is the frontrunner in the ideas being considered for a change to the system.

A GROUP SET up to advise the government about financing the cost of college education is looking at a ‘study now, pay later’ option, according to the Irish Independent.

Under a system like this, the State would front the money for fees and students would pay back the loan after their graduation.
