Poll: Have you visited the dentist in the last year?

Experts say you should go once a year, but it is a cause of anxiety for some people.

BUDGET 2017 INCLUDED the reinstatement of free dental cleaning for PRSI employees.

It was welcome news for many, but for those who are nervous about visits to the dentist, it will probably change very little.

A recent study found that the anxiety experienced by some people about going to the dentist may be due to genetic influences inherited from their parents.

Genetic influences or no, experts recommend people visit their dentist once a year.

So, we want to know: Have you visited the dentist in the last year?
