There has been some criticism of the Labour leader after the party received just 7 per cent of the vote in the local elections.

BELEAGURED LABOUR PARTY leader Eamon Gilmore is coming under criticism today – both inside and outside his party – following the party’s dismal showing in the local elections.

With half of the seats filled, Labour is lagging behind the main parties with just 7.5 per cent of the vote.
