Economists say things are getting better in Ireland – but are they getting better for you?

WITH BREXIT LOOMING over us, there has been a lot of speculation about the damage Ireland’s economy might suffer next year.

Writing for TheJournal.ie this morning, economist Victor Duggan says that things are likely to get a bit better for Ireland in 2018, despite the challenges ahead.

According to Duggan, none of Brexit, US tax changes, ECB interest rate rises or the fallout from an overheating economy are expected to weigh heavily on Ireland in 2018.
