Poll: Would you go to see the Pope if he comes to Ireland?

He could be here as early as 2018.

IT LOOKS LIKE the pontiff may be heading this way in 2018 – be it either Pope Francis or his successor.

The Irish Catholic is reporting that Pope Francis confirmed that he would attend the World Meeting of Families, an event backed by the Holy See that will be taking place in Dublin in 2018.

Obviously, the last time a pope graced these lands, the crowds that turned out were massive. Would that happen again?

We want to know: Would you go to see the Pope if he comes to Ireland?

Poll Results:

No (13886)
Yes (9111)
Maybe for the party (1727)
I don't know (1457)
