Poll: Are the Irish still reluctant to talk about sex?

Are we more up-front than we used to be? Or do we still hold back when it comes to between-the-sheets matters?

DUBLINER JADE MARTINA Lynch provoked plenty of reaction when she said in an interview that Ireland was “quite backward” when it comes to sex (she’s a contestant in this year’s Big Brother).

It got us wondering – are we still reluctant to talk about our sex lives? Are you happy to talk frankly with your friends about sex – or do you clam-up whenever the subject is raised?

Poll Results:

We're talking more than we used to. (4077)
It would help to talk about it more. (2750)
The balance is about right. (1354)
No interest/opinion. (941)
