Poll: Should we introduce 'sobriety tags' for offenders of alcohol-related crimes?

A pilot scheme was launched in London yesterday – should we follow suit?

YESTERDAY A PILOT scheme was launched in London which will see repeat offenders whose crimes were alcohol related forced to wear a ‘sobriety tag’.

The tags measure a person’s perspiration every 30 minutes and tests it to see if there is any alcohol present.

We want to know: Should Ireland introduce ‘sobriety tags’ for people who keep committing alcohol-related crimes?
