We’ve had a number of ‘good news’ economic stories in the last few days, but how are things feeling on a day-to-day basis?

THERE’S BEEN A number of ‘big-picture’ good news stories regarding the economy in recent days — with Moody’s upgrading the country’s credit rating and the head of NAMA declaring an end to the property crash.

But after years of austerity doom-and-gloom, is the outlook for the average Irish person looking any rosier than it did, say, two or three years ago.
